• Usage Data: basic app usage data, such as sequences completed and history, to support app functionality.
• Payment Information: on the web version, payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store credit card or payment details.
• iOS App: the iOS app does not collect payment information directly. Subscriptions are handled through Apple’s App Store.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and operate the app, save user progress and history, improve app functionality and user experience, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app:

• Supabase for authentication and database services
• Stripe for payment processing on the web version only
• Apple App Store for subscription management for iOS users

These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children’s Privacy

StepByStep is designed for use by therapists, educators, parents, and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
